By accessing or using EquiEdge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EquiEdge AI is a poker decision analysis tool that uses Monte Carlo simulation and Expected Value (EV) calculations to suggest actions in Texas Hold'em poker. The Service is provided strictly for educational, analytical, and informational purposes only.

3. No Gambling Advisory

EquiEdge AI does not facilitate gambling and is not a gambling service. The Service provides statistical analysis and probability-based insights. We do not encourage, promote, or facilitate illegal gambling activity in any jurisdiction.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

5. Plans, Payments, and Credits

EquiEdge AI offers both free and paid access options. Free accounts may receive limited credits upon registration. Paid plans provide expanded access to features and usage.

All purchases are one-time payments unless explicitly stated otherwise. Credits, features, and plan benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no monetary value.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or plan structures at any time with reasonable notice.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to digital content and functionality. You expressly waive any right to cancel, withdraw, or request a refund after access has been granted, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Service Availability and Lifetime Access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to business, financial, or technical considerations.

Any reference to "lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the Service or product as determined by EquiEdge AI, and does not guarantee continuous or perpetual availability.

We may, where reasonably possible, provide prior notice of significant changes or discontinuation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or compensation arising from the modification or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

EquiEdge AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, resulting from reliance on the Service. All outputs are probabilistic estimates and do not guarantee outcomes.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to facilitate cheating, collusion, or unfair advantage in any game or platform
• Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) beyond permitted usage limits
• Create accounts on behalf of others without consent

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or present risk to the integrity of the Service, at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
